Smart Reels is an end-to-end AI video automation platform that transforms product images submitted through WhatsApp into professional marketing videos automatically.
Users simply send a product image through WhatsApp, and the platform handles the complete workflow — AI analysis, image enhancement, storyboard generation, video creation, voiceover generation, editing, and final delivery back to WhatsApp without manual intervention.

What we built WhatsApp AI Video Creation Workflow Built a complete WhatsApp-based user journey using WhatsApp Business API. Enabled users to onboard, select language, choose plans, and submit product details directly through chat. Automated video processing and delivered final reels back through WhatsApp. AI Video Generation Pipeline Built automated workflows using n8n for end-to-end video production. Implemented image processing pipeline including: Background removal, Image enhancement, Upscaling, Smart product positioning. Used GPT-4.1 and Gemini AI for product analysis, storyboard creation, and voiceover scripts. Integrated Sora for AI-generated video scenes. Used Creatomate for video composition, transitions, effects, and audio synchronization. Integrated ElevenLabs for realistic AI voice generation. Subscription & Payment System Integrated UPayments for secure payment processing. Impact Automated the complete marketing video creation process from product image to final social media reel. Reduced video production effort from hours of manual editing to a fully automated workflow. Enabled businesses to create professional promotional videos directly through WhatsApp. Delivered a scalable AI content generation platform combining automation, AI video generation, payments, and customer management. Built a credit-based subscription model where users consume credits per generated video.
