End-to-end warehouse management system replacing a legacy fulfillment platform for a wine 3PL. Handles the complete operational spine: inventory receiving, FCFS/FEFO allocation, pick batching, packing, multi-carrier shipping, ShipCompliant integration, invoice reconciliation, and AI-powered operational assistance.
On-Demand Delivery Platform
Qartt is a last-mile, on-demand delivery service (UK-based, London area) that businesses partner with instead of running their own in-house delivery team. Restaurants, shops, and other local businesses sign up with Qartt and request a driver through the app whenever something needs delivering — a driver arrives (~7 minutes average) to pick up and deliver the order, providing outsourced, on-demand courier capacity rather than a consumer food-ordering marketplace like Uber Eats. The platform serves two sides: businesses, who get access to a pooled fleet of drivers on demand, and drivers, who join as gig couriers with flexible schedules and quick pay. Stated traction includes 115 clients, 1,012,469 deliveries fulfilled, and a 92% on-time rate.
