ZenVida is a WhatsApp-based customer automation platform built for a wellness studio in Madrid. The system automates the complete customer journey through WhatsApp, including appointment booking, payment collection, AI-powered conversations, reminders, and customer follow-ups. The platform reduces manual operations by providing automated customer support, booking management, and payment workflows.

What we built

Developed a NestJS backend integrated with WhatsApp Cloud API, Stripe, Gemini AI, and Supabase PostgreSQL.
Built automated WhatsApp booking flows for appointment confirmations and customer interactions.
Integrated Stripe deposit payments with webhook-based payment verification.
Developed AI-powered WhatsApp conversations using Gemini AI for service inquiries and booking assistance.
Implemented appointment confirmation, cancellation, reminders, and follow-up automation.
Built REST APIs with Swagger documentation for managing customers, appointments, and transactions.
Designed database structures using PostgreSQL for customer profiles, bookings, payments, and conversations.
Prepared the architecture for future Mindbody synchronization and advanced wellness automation workflows.
