The platform replaces traditional WhatsApp-based game coordination by allowing players to discover, book, and join nearby football matches while building a digital player identity through performance tracking, stats, and social features.

What we built

Football Match Booking Platform

Developed a React Native mobile application for football players and hosts.
Built local game discovery allowing users to find and join nearby verified matches.
Implemented solo booking functionality where players can join games without an existing team.
Created match management workflows for hosts to organize and verify games.

Player Identity & Gamification

Built the FT Card system as a digital player profile.
Implemented skill ratings across: Technique, Physical, Defence, Attack.

Developed backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.

Digital Ticketing & Marketplace Features
