Curetrax is a Toronto-based remote monitoring platform for blood cancer care, led by Armin (25+ years of clinical and research experience in allogeneic stem-cell transplantation and cell therapy) alongside a small technical team. The product line spans CuretraxAllo for allogeneic stem-cell transplant (aHSCT) patients, CuretraxCAR19 for CAR T-cell (CD19-targeted) patients, CuretraxDoc for clinicians, and Curetrax Survey for data collection. CuretraxCAR19 — the most detailed product — provides 24/7 remote monitoring of patient vitals and activity via Garmin wearable, manual vitals reporting for fast-changing metrics, a structured clinician dashboard, medication management with automatic patient notification, neurotoxicity/cognitive screening (including on-screen handwriting assessments), daily symptom reporting, automated alerting on deviations, and multilingual support (English, French, German, Spanish). The case study cites 5k+ installations, treatment-specific monitoring, and real-time alerting as headline metrics, and the clinical approach is grounded in a published ScienceDirect paper on a patient-centered mobile application for aHSCT patients, with several Curetrax team members listed among the paper's disclosures.
