The platform helps frontline sales representatives track product sales, scan sold product barcodes, calculate monthly incentives, and manage reward claims digitally. It replaces manual incentive tracking processes with a centralized mobile solution.

What we built

Product Sales & Barcode Tracking

Developed a mobile application for sales representatives to manage product sales activities.
Implemented barcode/QR scanning functionality for sold Orient products.
Connected scanned products with incentive rules to automatically track eligible sales.

Incentive Management System

Built workflows for: Monthly incentive calculation, Sales performance tracking, Incentive history, Claim management, Payout status monitoring.
Enabled sales teams to view their progress and maximize monthly rewards.

Product Information Portal

Created a product information system where sales representatives can access: Product details, Specifications, Features, Sales-support information.

Authentication & User Management

Implemented secure user authentication flows including: Login, Forgot password, Reset password, Verification flows.
Added role-based access for sales representatives and internal users.

Notifications & Content Management

Built notification features for: Incentive updates, Product campaigns, Important announcements.
Integrated dynamic content management for: FAQs, Privacy policy, Terms & conditions, About information.

Backend & Infrastructure

Developed Node.js backend services for: User management, Product data, Sales records, Incentive calculations, Claims processing.
Utilized AWS infrastructure for scalable backend deployment and data management.
